Clean the skin to remove any dirt or sweat before applying it. At this time, you may apply our Neurepa spray to clean the skin for better cleansing. Since the main ingredient of this spray is salty deep ocean water, wipe the salt on the skin after it is soaked into the skin and dried to make sure the sticker does not come off.

Peel off the protective liner from the sticker along the cutting line on the back and place a patch there. Peel off the rest of the protective liner from the sticker and find the area on the skin where severe pain is felt when pressed with fingers. Apply the patch to that skin area. If you feel pain in the area where your hand is hard to reach, such as back, ask others for assistance. Guide them to locate the painful area on your body and ask them to apply the patch.

Since chronic pain tends to spread around (known as 'radiating pain'), press down around the affected area and apply additional patches all around it to get faster results.

Normally, one patch is attached to one sticker. However, if you want to get faster results or the pain is severe, you may attach two patches to the sticker. Two stacked patches exerts stronger energy speeding up the healing process. If you are using two, you should use the large sticker provided in the box since the other size might be too small to accommodate two patches at once.

Patches come in two shapes: round and hexagonal.

Stickers come in two types: one that is made of a stretchy fabric and the other made of paper that does not stretch. Apply the stretchy type to areas with a mild degree of body movement.

Apply the x-large sticker (separately sold) to areas with a high degree of body movement, such as knees or neck, to prevent the sticker from coming off.

Even if the pain is gone, leave the patch on the skin for a couple more days to completely heal it.
